The storyline:
Gru (Steve Carell) is an evil villain who lives in a suburban neighborhood, when a villain steals the Pyramid of Giza, Gru wants to top it by achieving the greatest crime of all:Stealing the Moon, but in order to do that he must steal a shrink ray in order to shrink the Moon, but a new villain named Vector (Jason Segel) steals the ray from Gru so he can steal the Moon so now the device is in Vector’s house so he can’t get it.
